Village Point
Coming Home Never Felt So Good!
Waiting List is currently open.

Bowie County Housing Authority's property of Village Point is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just west of Hwy 59 off Redwater Road in the city of Wake Village, Texas. Built in 1986, there are twenty large one-bedroom apartments for elderly or individuals with a disability and each with its own separate secure storage building. Every apartment was built with washer and dryer hook-ups but there is an on-sight laundry facility with key access located beside the property office. A centrally located pavilion is available for social times. Feeling safe is important so management has installed a seven-camera system to record activities at the common areas. Monthly social activities always include a rousing game of Bingo and then various other resident gatherings.
Applications are available online. If you require assistance in completing the application, contact the Central Office at 903-628-2951.
